Art of Living

Did the Art of Living's basic course way back in 2002. My teacher was a lady by name Sangeetha Jani - a wonderful person and among the best Art of Living Teachers out there. The Basic course is a combination of pranayamas and breathing. Never thought spirituality would be so much fun. Regular practice of the Kriya brought down my allergy cold to a large extent and it has stayed down ever since, though the 'regular practice' has dwindled. I met some AOL folks today and plan to start regular 'sadhana' again. On the days I do the Kriya, I remain energetic till the end of the day which is not the case on the non Kriya days.

So here's to regular pracitce!
